There are 6 full sized premium suites with select window units. There are no contingent exclusions or industry restrictions. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older and have a valid form of identification for leasing eligibility. Rental rates are weekly. Suites range from $200- $250 weekly based on unit size and windows. After successful submission of the suite inquiry form, you will be contacted by a leasing specialist within two business days to either secure your place on our salon waitlist, or choose your suite, pay your nonrefundable deposit and e-sign your lease agreement once you are ready and depending on space availability. Leases are nonnegotiable and legally binding. Please note that suites are not reserved until deposits are fully processed and a lease agreement is completed via DocuSign.
