Tokyo Salon Suites is an upscale, collaborative workspace that houses six luxury salon suites.

Each suite is independently occupied by local professionals whose standard is excellence and aesthetic. Individual suite owners are responsible for their own legalities. 

  • ETIQUETTE
    Tokyo Salon Suites is an upscale professional environment. Appropriate and orderly conduct is encouraged at all times. Disorderly conduct, security threats and / or legally delinquent actions are not permitted at any time. To keep the working environment neutral and collaborative, cross marketing is not permitted within the facility. Please respect the professionals that we house, as well as all guests. Workspace disturbances are not permitted. Our mission is to curate a supportive work environment where professionals can grow, learn and service their clients.
  • PARKING
    There is a private parking lot in the front of the building. There is also parking alongside the street and across from the building. The parking lot and surrounding areas are monitored and recorded 24/7, however, Tokyo Salon Suites is not responsible for any vehicle on the premises under any circumstance.
  • RENT/SUITE PRICING
    Suite rental pricing varies, considerate to suite size and window setting. Rental pricing is weekly. All suite reservations are first-come, first-serve. A suite is considered reserved upon lease agreement and deposit receipt. Leasing is flexible for professionals, with lease terms ranging from three months to twelve months. All lease-related documents are digitally stored. Tokyo Salon Suites uses Docusign confidential portals to complete, store and recollect all leases. An account with our third-party partner is not required. All payments are rendered using the online portal. Receipts are automatically issued and concerns / questions regarding payment should be directed to a member of our management team.   • RENTAL CONTINGENCIES
    All suite occupants are expected to conduct orderly and law-abiding business. Wages do not have to be reported to the management team and no commission is required upon suite obtainment at Tokyo Salon Suites. All suite occupants are 1099, independent of Tokyo Salon Suites as an entity, as well as staff members and owners / investors. With landlord rights in place, all occupants are responsible for themselves as business-owners non-affiliated with Tokyo Salon Suites as an entity, as well as staff members and owners / investors. All occupants are encouraged to carry their own individual licensures, if required, as well as personal practice insurances. Occupants are encouraged to maintain their individual municipal compliances, as this is pertinent for consistent health department approvals.
  • PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE BUILDING HOURS
    Each provider designates his or her own schedule. The property is publicly accessible Monday - Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Outside of public accessibility hours, entry must be granted by the individual service provider. Please contact your service provider if you need to gain entry to the building outside of the standard public accessibility hours, or on a designated federal holiday when the building is closed to the public.
