This application is the first step to reserve your space at Tokyo Salon Suites, and it will only take a few minutes! At the end of this application, you’ll have the opportunity to schedule an in-person tour. A leasing specialist will contact you within 1-3 business days to provide additional details and answer any questions you may have.

Important Information Before You Submit Your Application:

 

  • Suite Rentals: $200 - $250 per week

  • Lease Requirement: 6 months or 1 year lease

  • Initial Payment: First week and last week’s rent required

  • Identification: A valid ID is required

  • License: A license is not required

 

Please Do Not Submit an Application If:

 

  • The space is not within your budget.

  • The location doesn’t work for you.

  • You are not ready to tour within the next 2 weeks.

  • You are not ready to lease within the next 2 weeks.
